Welcome to Pet Connection (“Pet Connection,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Pet Connection platform, website, services, communications, and related features.
1. PLATFORM PURPOSE
Pet Connection is an online platform that allows breeders, rescues, sellers, and buyers to connect regarding pets, animals, breeding services, listings, and related transactions.
Pet Connection is not a breeder, broker, transporter, veterinarian, escrow provider, or guarantor of transactions.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old and provide accurate and truthful information.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity occurring under their account.
4. BREEDER & SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
Breeders and sellers agree to provide truthful listings, comply with animal welfare laws, and avoid fraudulent or misleading conduct.
5. BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES
Buyers are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence before entering into transactions.
6. NO BREEDER VERIFICATION GUARANTEE
Pet Connection does not independently verify breeder licensing, veterinary standards, legal compliance, or transaction legitimacy.
7. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
Users assume all risks associated with platform use, transactions, transportation arrangements, and communications.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Pet Connection shall not be liable for damages arising from:
- Fraud or scams
- Veterinary expenses
- Animal illness or injury
- Emotional distress
- Transport incidents
- Data breaches
- Website downtime
- Third-party conduct
10. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
Subscription fees may renew automatically and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
11. USER CONTENT LICENSE
Users grant Pet Connection a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, market, and promote uploaded content.
12. REVIEWS & COMMUNITY CONTENT
Users may not post defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive content.
13. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Users may not engage in unlawful activity, scams, fake listings, harassment, data scraping, or security interference.
14. ANIMAL WELFARE POLICY
Pet Connection supports ethical breeding and responsible animal care practices.
15. TRANSPORT & DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
Pet Connection is not responsible for transportation, shipping, flight nanny services, delivery delays, injuries, illness,
or death during transit.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All platform branding, logos, graphics, text, and software are owned by Pet Connection or its licensors.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pet Connection from claims, disputes, liabilities, and legal expenses
arising from platform use.
18. MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION
Any disputes arising from platform use shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.
19. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Users waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
20. JURY TRIAL WAIVER
Users knowingly waive any right to a jury trial.
21. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida.
22. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Users consent to receive electronic notices and communications.
23. FORCE MAJEURE
Pet Connection shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
24. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
25. NO WAIVER
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights.
26. MODIFICATIONS
Pet Connection may update these Terms at any time.
